GoldDust Collective wins the 2026 Service to the Industry at theRetail Jewellery Awards
We did it!
GoldDust Collective has been named Service Supplier of the Year at the Retail Jeweller Awards 2026! And you can watch my unique Award Acceptance Jog over here on instagram!
To receive recognition from one of the jewellery industry's leading publications is an incredible honour, particularly in a category that celebrates businesses making a meaningful contribution to the wider trade.
When I founded GoldDust Collective, I wanted to create something that didn't exist. Independent jewellery designers are exceptional at their craft, but many have had to navigate the business side of the industry on their own. GoldDust was created to bridge that gap by giving designers access to the knowledge, expertise and community they need to build strong, distinctive and commercially successful brands.
Over the past year we've continued to develop that vision - we've introduced a more structured programme of learning centred around what I believe is the foundation of every successful jewellery brand: a distinctive point of view, cohesive collections and a recognisable signature style. From there, we help designers build the assets and systems that support sustainable growth, from pricing and brand positioning to photography, digital presence and customer experience.
One of the things I'm most proud of is the calibre of experts our members learn from. Through GoldDust, independent jewellers gain access to some of the most respected voices in our industry, sharing specialist knowledge and real-world experience that would otherwise be difficult to access. Some of them even end up doing business together, having meetings, or hanging out at a jewellery show together!
This year also saw the launch of ffine, a platform created to champion contemporary British jewellery and shine a light on the remarkable talent within our industry. It is a natural extension of GoldDust's mission to elevate independent designers and help position British jewellery on a global stage.
Awards are always a wonderful moment of recognition, but what matters most to me is the community behind them. Every conversation, every masterclass, every question asked in our WhatsApp group and every designer who has trusted GoldDust with their business has helped shape what this community has become - and for that I thank you all.
Thank you of course to Retail Jeweller and the judging panel for this recognition, and thank you to every GoldDust member for being part of the journey!
This award belongs to all of us.
It's a celebration of independent jewellery, of collaboration over competition, and of what can happen when talented designers are given the support, knowledge and confidence to build businesses that are every bit as distinctive as the jewellery they create.
Community is EVERYTHING!
