GoldDust Collective Membership Terms
These Membership Terms apply to your membership of the GoldDust Collective. They should be read alongside the main Kate Baxter Studio Terms & Conditions and any other terms that apply to specific services or products.
1. Your Membership
GoldDust Collective is a monthly membership for independent jewellery designers and jewellery businesses.
Your membership provides access to the membership content, resources, live sessions and other benefits included in your membership at the time. The content and benefits of GoldDust Collective may develop and change over time.
Membership is for your individual use only and may not be shared, transferred or used by another person.
2. Membership Payments and Renewal
Membership is charged on a recurring monthly basis and will continue until you cancel your subscription.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain current. If a payment cannot be collected, access to the membership may be suspended or cancelled.
Any changes to membership pricing will be communicated in advance and will apply from the date stated in that communication.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through the relevant subscription or account area.
Your access to GoldDust Collective will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless otherwise stated at the point of cancellation.
Once your membership ends, you will lose access to membership content, resources and member benefits, including member-only rates for additional consulting sessions.
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.
4. Welcome Zoom
Each new member may book one complimentary 30-minute Welcome Zoom.
The Welcome Zoom is available from the start of your membership and is designed to discuss your business, assess your current needs and help identify priorities and a possible plan of action going forward.
The Welcome Zoom is for the individual member only and cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for any other service, session or cash alternative.
Welcome Zooms are subject to availability and must be booked while your membership is active.
5. Annual 1:1 Strategy Session
After completing three months of continuous GoldDust Collective membership, you may book one complimentary 45-minute 1:1 Strategy Session per membership year.
This is intended to be a deeper consulting session, providing time to discuss your business, challenges, priorities and next steps in greater detail.
The session:
Must be booked while your membership is active
Is available only after three months of continuous membership
Is limited to one session per membership year
Is non-transferable
Cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service
Cannot be carried forward into a future membership year
Sessions are subject to availability and scheduling capacity. Kate Baxter Studio cannot guarantee that a particular date or time will be available.
If you cancel your membership before completing three months of continuous membership, the qualifying period will not continue while your membership is inactive.
If you cancel or fail to renew your membership, any unused annual 1:1 entitlement will end with your membership and cannot be carried forward or redeemed afterwards.
6. Additional 1:1 Sessions
Active GoldDust Collective members may book additional 1:1 consulting sessions at the applicable discounted member rate, subject to availability.
The member rate, session length and availability may change from time to time. The current rate will be communicated at the point of booking.
Additional sessions are separate from the complimentary Annual 1:1 Strategy Session and do not create an entitlement to further complimentary sessions.
7. Changes to the Membership
GoldDust Collective will develop over time. Kate Baxter Studio may make reasonable changes to the membership, including changes to content, resources, speakers, live sessions, events, formats, schedules and included benefits.
While reasonable efforts will be made to deliver advertised sessions and events, individual speakers, topics, dates and formats may need to change due to circumstances outside Kate Baxter Studio's control.
No specific speaker, event, resource, benefit or piece of content is guaranteed to remain available for the duration of your membership unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8. Member Conduct
GoldDust Collective is intended to be a constructive and professional environment.
Members must not engage in behaviour that is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, harassing or disruptive towards Kate Baxter Studio, guest speakers, suppliers, other members or any other person connected with the membership.
Kate Baxter Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access where behaviour is considered seriously inappropriate or harmful to the community or its members.
9. Confidentiality and Respect for Other Members
Members may share business information, experiences and ideas within the GoldDust Collective community.
You agree to treat confidential or sensitive information shared by other members with respect and not knowingly share private information outside the community without permission.
Kate Baxter Studio cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information voluntarily shared with other members during group sessions, community discussions or events.
You are responsible for deciding what information you choose to share.
10. Intellectual Property
All membership content, including videos, workshops, templates, frameworks, written resources, recordings and other materials, remains the intellectual property of Kate Baxter Studio unless otherwise stated.
Your membership gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use these materials for your own business.
You may not reproduce, copy, share, publish, sell, redistribute or use membership materials to create your own course, training, educational product or membership without prior written permission from Kate Baxter Studio.
You must keep your account login details confidential and must not allow another person to access the membership using your account.
11. Advice and Your Responsibility
GoldDust Collective provides education, guidance, professional insight and business advice based on Kate Baxter Studio's experience within the jewellery industry.
Any decisions you make, and any action you take or do not take, as a result of information or advice provided through the membership remain your responsibility.
Results and outcomes will vary between businesses and depend on many factors outside the control of Kate Baxter Studio. No particular business, financial or commercial outcome is guaranteed.
Information provided through GoldDust Collective does not constitute legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Where specialist advice is required, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
12. Third-Party Suppliers and Recommendations
From time to time, Kate Baxter Studio may recommend or signpost third-party suppliers, service providers or other professionals.
These businesses operate independently. Kate Baxter Studio does not guarantee their performance, quality, suitability, pricing, availability or results.
You are responsible for carrying out your own enquiries and due diligence before engaging any third party. Any agreement between you and a supplier or service provider is between you and that third party.
13. Availability
Kate Baxter Studio will make reasonable efforts to provide access to the membership and its services. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed and access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside Kate Baxter Studio's control.
14. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kate Baxter Studio is not responsible for losses arising from decisions, actions or business activities undertaken in reliance on information, guidance or advice provided through GoldDust Collective.
Kate Baxter Studio is also not responsible for the acts, omissions or services of third-party suppliers or professionals recommended or mentioned through the membership.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
Kate Baxter Studio may update these Membership Terms from time to time. Where a significant change affects your membership, reasonable notice will be given.
Continued use of GoldDust Collective after updated terms take effect will be treated as acceptance of those terms.
16. Governing Law
These Membership Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
