1:1 Consulting Session Terms

Scope of Sessions

1:1 sessions included within membership provide strategic guidance and professional insight within the jewellery industry. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax or investment advice.

Session Entitlement

Members may book up to four sessions per membership year, allocated on a pro-rata basis according to active membership duration.

Sessions:

Must be used while membership remains active
Are non-transferable
Cannot be carried forward
Hold no cash value

Kate Baxter Studio reserves the right to manage session availability and scheduling capacity.

Booking, Availability and Attendance

Sessions must be booked through the designated system.

Availability is subject to capacity and unused sessions are not guaranteed if booking demand exceeds availability.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be counted as used.

Kate Baxter Studio reserves the right to reschedule sessions where necessary.

Client Responsibility

All business decisions and actions taken following sessions remain your responsibility. No commercial outcomes or results are guaranteed.

Confidentiality

Information shared within sessions will be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or permission is granted.

Intellectual Property

Frameworks, templates and resources shared remain the intellectual property of Kate Baxter Studio and may not be reproduced or redistributed.

Limitation of Liability

Kate Baxter Studio accepts no liability for losses arising from implementation of session advice, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Variation of Terms

Kate Baxter Studio reserves the right to update these terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kate Baxter Studio with respect to services provided and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
