GoldDust 1:1 Consulting Session Terms

These terms apply to all 1:1 consulting sessions provided by Kate Baxter Studio to GoldDust Collective members. They should be read alongside the GoldDust Collective Membership Terms and the main Kate Baxter Studio Terms & Conditions.

1. Types of 1:1 Sessions

GoldDust Collective members may have access to the following 1:1 sessions as part of their membership:

Welcome Zoom: One complimentary 30-minute call, available to new members from the start of their membership. This session is intended to assess your current needs, discuss your business and help identify priorities and a plan of action going forward.

Annual 1:1 Strategy Session: One complimentary 45-minute consulting session per membership year. This session is available after you have completed three months of continuous GoldDust Collective membership and is intended to provide deeper strategic guidance and support.

Active members may also book additional 1:1 consulting sessions at the applicable discounted member rate.

2. Booking and Availability

All sessions must be booked through the designated booking system and are subject to availability.

Kate Baxter Studio cannot guarantee the availability of a particular date or time. Session availability may vary throughout the year according to scheduling capacity.

Sessions must be booked and attended while your GoldDust Collective membership is active.

3. Cancellations and Attendance

If you are unable to attend a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as used and may not be rescheduled.

Kate Baxter Studio reserves the right to reschedule a session where reasonably necessary. If this happens, an alternative appointment will be offered.

4. Scope of Sessions

1:1 sessions are advisory in nature and provide strategic guidance and professional insight based on Kate Baxter Studio's experience within the jewellery industry.

Sessions may include discussion, feedback, critique, recommendations and suggested next steps. All advice is provided for general business and educational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, tax or investment advice.

No specific business, financial or commercial outcomes are guaranteed.

5. Your Responsibility

You remain responsible for all decisions and actions relating to your business.

Any information, guidance or recommendations provided during a session should be considered alongside your own judgement and, where appropriate, independent professional advice.

Kate Baxter Studio is not responsible for the results of decisions or actions you take, or do not take, following a session.

6. Confidentiality

Kate Baxter Studio will treat information shared during your 1:1 session as confidential and will not knowingly disclose it to third parties without your permission, except where required by law.

You are responsible for deciding what confidential or commercially sensitive information you choose to share during a session.

7. Intellectual Property

Any frameworks, templates, resources or other materials provided during or following a session remain the intellectual property of Kate Baxter Studio unless otherwise stated.

They are provided for your own business use and may not be reproduced, shared, redistributed, sold or used to create your own course, training or educational product without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Recommendations

During a session, Kate Baxter Studio may recommend or signpost third-party suppliers, service providers or other professionals.

These businesses operate independently. Kate Baxter Studio does not guarantee their performance, quality, suitability, pricing, availability or results.

You are responsible for carrying out your own enquiries and due diligence before engaging any third party. Any agreement you enter into with a third party is between you and that third party.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kate Baxter Studio is not responsible for any loss, damage, costs or claims arising from your use or implementation of information, guidance or recommendations provided during a 1:1 session.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
