Every section of every module feeds directly into a single professional document that you build across the full 12 weeks and keep forever.

By the time you complete it, your Dossier contains your signature style definition and moodboard, your ideal customer profile, your collection pyramid, your photography brief, your brand voice and language guide, your content strategy, your pricing architecture, and your bridal and bespoke framework. Everything that defines your brand, in one place.
Whether you're briefing a photographer, writing your website, planning your next collection or wondering what to post, you open the Brand Dossier. Every decision you make about your business has an answer inside it, which means you never have to start from scratch or second-guess what your brand is supposed to be.
How the Programme Works
The programme opens on the first of every month. If you're reading this in March, the next intake begins in April. Places in each monthly cohort are limited so that the weekly live calls stay genuinely useful - small enough that everyone gets proper time and attention rather than disappearing into a large group.
Each of the 12 modules is delivered as a focused video lesson you work through in your own time, at a pace that fits around your business and your life. Alongside the video, each module has a dedicated workbook section that feeds directly into your GoldDust Dossier, so you are always building something real rather than just absorbing information.
Every week there is a live group coaching call open to everyone currently working through the programme. This is where you bring your work, your questions, and the sections of your Dossier you've been building, and receive direct feedback from Kate and from the other jewellers in the group alongside you. These calls are often where things click into place, and where the community of jewellers you meet becomes one of the most valuable things you take away from the programme.
You also have access to a private community where you can share work, ask questions, and connect with other participants between calls.

About Kate
I've spent the last 15 years immersed in the world of independent fine jewellery - first as a designer, then as the founder of The Cut London, the platform that became one of the most trusted destinations for discovering the best independent jewellery designers in the world.
Running The Cut London meant I saw everything. I saw which jewellers grew year on year and which ones, despite having genuinely beautiful work, stayed stuck. I built relationships with the press, the buyers, the editors and the designers themselves, and I developed a very clear understanding of what separates a jewellery business that gains real traction from one that doesn't.
The talent was always there - what made the difference was the brand around it.
I started GoldDust because I kept seeing the same thing: jewellers with work that deserved a much bigger audience, who just needed someone to help them find and articulate what made them distinctive, and build everything around that. That is still exactly what I do, and it is the thing I find most satisfying about this work.

The Collective is an ongoing monthly membership — a professional community with expert input, resources and peer support to keep you growing month to month. The Intensive is a focused 12-week programme where we go deep on your brand specifically, with a clear structure, personal feedback, and a finished document - your GoldDust Dossier - at the end. Many jewellers do the Intensive first to build their foundations, then join the Collective to maintain momentum.

If you have been making and selling jewellery for at least a year and you know your work has something distinctive about it, you are ready. You don't need to be an established name or have a large following. In fact, building your brand on the right foundations early is far easier than trying to change direction later.

The video modules are designed to be worked through at your own pace, but most participants find that setting aside two to three hours a week for the content and workbook sections keeps them on track comfortably. The live weekly coaching call is one hour. So realistically, three to four hours a week is enough to do this properly alongside a working jewellery business.
